Now that your application has been received by CIO, you will hear from them through email (if you have mentioned one in the generic form) once your application has passed the two stages below:
1. Completeness check - wherein they check that one has included and signed all the forms and included all supporting & Mandatory document. If application is complete... it will be forwarded to accounts for charging.
2. Eligibility review - Once they have charged processing fee, they will check if the application is able to score the minimum 67 points or more as well as if the duties mentioned comply well with the NOC applied. On passing this stage, applicant is sent a PER mail from CIO which will include your UCI number and the application will be forwarded to the local visa office for further processing.
Since I have been away for a few days, I do not which dates are getting charged at the moment. You can checkout the Global spreadsheet to know same..... link is present in my signature.
PER used to take 2.5-3 months from the date of application earlier but since no. of applications would be low now, hopefully, you will hear something from them in 1-1.5 months.
