My assumption would be the ones with highest points will get picked out of the EE pool and thus less applicants allowing quicker processing. Also EE is done online so less paperwork to work through if its all electronic easier to process and thus quicker. I think with speeds of 2014 processing that hopefully us 2014 applicants won't be left to wait, but who knows.

I sincerely do hope so.

I may not be checking forum regularly, however, I will be happy to help if anyone has questions...send me message and I will respond.

Guys , I'd like to give info of my case status.
APP RECD date July 2
CC charged oct 21
PER October 27
MR , RPRF and PCC requested nov 28
MR completed dec 23

1st line in ecas updated on October 27 that "we received your application ....."
2nd line was directly "Medicals received" that was updated on Dec 31

Never saw the status "we started processing ..."
So if you don't see this line , please don't panic..

Hi,

How much time (average) it takes for NDVO to issue MR request from the date it has updated the second line?

2nd line update "processing started on 31st December".

Also, I have applied through an agent, so he has used his details for all communication. Is there ant way I can also get the MR mail?

Thanks

There is no exact time frame for that. In my case I got medical request on november 13, my 2nd line changed on 16 nov indicating that we started processing your doc on 12th nov. done medical on 20th Nov and 3rd line changed on 23 Nov.

If you have experience of over a year in your NOC during last 10 years; you don't have to worry about accepting a job elsewhere.

Hi All,

Please suggest is it fine to accept a job offer which is not related to the NOC i have applied for ?

If i accept the job offer and send the updated job to VO as I am expecting MR soon (inshallah) will it have negative effect of not having job in same NOC ?

Dear members,

I am FSW 2014 Applicant and got my PER on 23rd December.
So i have my UCI number and it shows "In Process" Status.

now i want to apply Express entry. but in there i have to mention my UCI number as they ask...

My question is "if i apply for express entry, what will my ECAS shows? would it shows my FSW 2014 status or EE status?

Because i dont want to loose my FSW 2014 Tracking.

Please guide.

Hi all
I am a having PR visa and now planning to land in Canada in few days time.I am a government servant and will be taking leave initially.I want to know that will it be a problem at delhi airport immigration check.I mean as I will be travelling on immigration visa, will the Indian immigration officers ask me about NOC from my office.or is it like they don't care whether i am a gov servant or not? Please reply.I am really tensed because of this. Also suggest what should i do to tackle this situation.

Hi sharmausct,

No one will ask you for any NOC. No need to worry. My brother in law and his brother did the same few years back and then they returned to resign from job.

Regards,
Amar

You are welcome my friend! Have you dropped them a line after your application date? My inquiry about the status of my app on Nov 7th has not been answered though. They must be very busy atm. That's probably the reason for the delay in your PER.

I guess they are busy :D I had dropped them a email on 16th december .. Hopefully i will get the PER email before they reply to my email :D My ECAS is not active yet .. so i have no choice but to patiently wait .. you are really lucky in that case i guess the gap between your DD charge and PER was hardly 5 days ..:D :)
