I would suggest you can pay for RPRF after the clinic uploaded the result. You may call and find out from them if they have uploaded.

Sometimes, it takes more than a month to get third line updated after the clinic uploaded the result.

All the best to you!

Aoa, we had our medical 1 day ago. As my husband is diabetic, we told thm,. Bp was normal, urine glucose was not found. N they referred him for hba1c n creatinine serum tests wth additional charges
The whole process lasted for 2.5hours.
They told us they will contact us in 2 days if further tests r needed else we must assume that our medicals has been dispatched....
Every phone call startle us. Today is gonna be that 2nd day.........
Im so fed up of all this struggle. CIC Must clearly warn all diabetic not to apply for FSw....I fearof becoming diabetic myself due to stress
I recvd PCc n RPrf on 5th january., given 45 days to submitt....
I need suggestion , should i wait till my ECas 3rd line is updated,n then submit rprf, bcoz God Forbid, if my medicals r reason for rejection, then claiming rprf would be impossible.

Plz diabetic forumites, suggest me out.............

They don't calculate points during completeness check. It's done at the point of MIAR.

Just a question in this context Diplomatru..

Dont they check the workexperience and ECA during the completeness check .?

Like just a similiar checking which might happen later after charging ..

Correct me if i am wrong but i am under an impression that After gettig charged the officer mainly is just left with calculating points .. And if you meet the criteria you get a PER ..

Or is there something more to it .?

PER received Oct 27th and no news yet from VO.
Is that normal? It will be now almost 3 months with no update at all!

PER November 1, and still no news from my VO... I hope they are alive there... (talk about insane boats... hold on bro!)

I'm not Diplomatru, but I happen to know the answer. No, they don't. That check is done after charging, first when they verify basic eligibility, and also when calculating points (there are actually two stages there after charging).

Guys , I'd like to give info of my case status.
APP RECD date July 2
CC charged oct 21
PER October 27
MR , RPRF and PCC requested nov 28
MR completed dec 23

1st line in ecas updated on October 27 that "we received your application ....."
2nd line was directly "Medicals received" that was updated on Dec 31

Never saw the status "we started processing ..."
So if you don't see this line , please don't panic..

Thanks for your reply !! So its still a tough time after getting Charged .. Hopefully everyone who has got charged already (like me) gets through this ..

Also i have read a lot of times that after getting charged Chances of getting PER are high ! Compared to getting NER !

One Step Closer
PER received.

App received: 24th Sep 2014
DD encashed as per bank: 17th Dec 2014
DD encashed as per CIC: 12th Dec 2014
PER email: 8th Jan 2015

Since the email does not mention about my visa office specifically, should I assume that my visa office is New Delhi that I had written in my application??

Yes, the probability of getting PER after charging is very high indeed, higher probability of success in this process has only one stage — landing. So you should be fine!

Finally got my ECAS Second line updated
PER Received date: 14 Nov 2014
NOC: 2132
Visa Office: NDVO

1.We received your application for permanent residence on July 21, 2014.

2.We started processing your application on January 5, 2015.

Now when can i expect my medical???

Thanks idefix!! :)

I think right now the VO-SP is the fastest office. I'm glad that even living here in Toronto already, our designed office it was in SP. In our case it was even faster because we didn't need to do the medical exams again.

Thanks everyone! ;D
Hi Lua,
I'm living in Toronto too and I think my VO is SP too.
I took the meds in April 2014 to come here as a student.
Do you think I won't need the meds again either just like you?
What was your case?

Thanks

AFAIK, they check TRF and ECA through online tools at MIAR stage.

Hang on prishad, your PER will come soon! All the best and +1 for good luck!

No, they won't, the meds are valid for one year. I know a couple from Ukraine who study in Canada, they had their meds in spring too — those meds were counted for their FSW. Maybe better to ask your VO though. My acquaintances' VO was Ottawa.
