At the end of the process medical department told me that results will be loaded within 7 days.
Even though it wasn't mentioned in the email that medical receipt needs to be delivered still I sent COPY of the receipt.

Pal the general rule is that upon receiving the request letter from VO, one needs to send all the request documents along with the original receipt of the completed medicals and the request letter attached to the VO.

PS: Also the demand draft for RPRF only if it was asked to be submitted by the VO, it also applies for any pending PCC..

Jaxon, are you sure the officer will understand you? "Positive eligibility review" is a forum term, they probably don't call it this way at VOs? However, this is very interesting! I am a July 7, still no news, but as my VO has extremely small number of applicants (14 FSW cases were processed in the period July 2013 - July 2014, and the office has no backlog for MI-1, MI-2 and earlier FSW), there is no stats. And they don't send AOR, nor do they update e-cas, so I'm absolutely blind as to what's happening((( I think I maybe will write them a letter like this. Jaxon, please don't forget to tell us what the outcome of your letter was!
Did you apply for GCMS, by the way?

The PER email itself uses a very similar term: "Positive determination of eligibility" so I am sure they'll understand what I mean because both CIC and VO employee know whole process very well.

No I haven't yet applied for GCMS. I'll probably wait for VO's response to my CSE then decide.
Sure I'll post the outcome.

I don't understand why are you so much concerned. Simply get a letter from your company stating that your work location and salary has changed, but your position and duties remain the same (it's ok even if they change because you only need 1 year of experience in nominated NOC) AND send it out to VO along with a cover letter and copy of PER email.

That's it. If CIC thinks it's not necessary then all good, you wasted few bucks for sending out a cheap courier!

I believe it's each candidate's own responsibility to try their best to give CIC best chance of giving best decision on your visa application. If applicant him/her self is lazy enough that he/she is finding it hard to send out a simple document then it's unfair to expect CIC employees to work hard for us, and send out MR, PPR etc. on time. In fact some guys in here were expecting CIC employees to work during Christmas and New Year, which is inappropriate I think!

Hi All,

These days it is taking around 60-65 days for the charging of the credit cards which means CIC is working fast then previously. Because in the past it has been taking around 90-days for the charging of the credit cards.

George do you have any information whether the PCC for Qatar could be acquired for the duration of less than 1 year... ? I just saw your signature and thought you may be having some answer... thanks

I know you didn't mean to challenge it. But if I were you, I wouldn't really consult forum about it. My point is that in the PER email they clearly mention that you should update CIC on any significant changes in circumstances, and change of work location is significant. And I mean there is no harm in informing VO but there can be harm in NOT informing them so choice is obvious, spend few bucks and courier documents to VO or at least submit a CSE. Paragraph below is coped from PER email:

Please inform the visa office of any changes in your application (e.g. birth or adoption of a child, marriage or common-law relationship, new occupation or employer, submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, change of address, change of e-mail address, change of immigration representative, etc). Please include a letter identifying what the changes are and any relevant supporting documents. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals

Hi All Today I received my passport with visa......for all my family members.....at last....Thanks to all the members of this blog.... VFS Global has too done its job nicely. within seven -eight days...I got my passport back.

I will look forward for future guidence too, as I am new to any other country of the world...except INDIA.....Keep in touch with me.....
