Hi Everyone...I have a quick query with regards to the mode of sending the passport to the VO upon receiving the passport request.
Iam aware that we can either send passport through courier to our local VO or through VFS which i have noticed that quite of few of them have done it...

* I was just curious that is there any harm if we courier our passport within our native country by DHL ?? and secondly, does CIC send back passport through normal post to the address or by courier services..
* Lastly, does the VFS guys open the package or keep it sealed before delivering to the CIC ??

PS: I have read somewhere that sometimes these VFS guys mishandle the passports and then the blame comes on the poor applicant.

It depends... If all goes well i.e there's no issues in your medicals then the line should be visible within 7 to 10 days..

Guys,

Its almost two months from my medicals done and 3rd line update but no news form NDVO. I want to know status of my application...and thinking to contact NDVO...

What should be ideal way to contact them?

By posting CSE (case specific enquiry) on
https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

OR

By sending e-mail? If so then on which e-mail ID?
delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca
or
DELHIIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca

Thanks a bunch in advance...

As per SS, Avg Processing time from MR to PPR is 78 days for NDVO

How many days does the VO give after PER to submit MR / PCC and additional documents? 30 or 60? I will be traveling in a few weeks and don't want to miss out on any communication or the ability to respond with additional document requests.

In India, VFS is the safest option. I have had good experiences with US, Malaysia Visa
