Hello All,

Firstly congrats to all who have got PPR and visa. Cheesy

I am writing because anxiety is slowly overcoming the confidence I had.

My decison made status and 4th line upodate was on 20th Dec but i still havent got my PPR. Yes, I have completed by Medicals in Oct and the 3rd line was updated on Oct 22.

Is there anyone facing a similar situation and is there anything I need to worry about.

Kindly advice!

Hi Everyone,

I know most of the forum members are in advance stages of the entire Visa process, but I would like to share an initial update from my side.

My CC was charged today i.e. 8-Jan-2015 at 04:35 AM Indian Standard Time (7-Jan-2015 7:05 PM Nova Scotia Time)

My Timeline-

Initial App Received at CIC : 29-May-2014
Returned/Rejected App : 15-Oct-2014 (dispatched from CIC on 25-Aug-2014)
Re-applied App Received at CIC : 05-Nov-2014
CC Charged : 08-Jan-2015
NOC : 2172

Now the wait for PER begins! THANKS to all forum members for their immense support... God bless us all :-* :-* :-*

Will update spreadsheet in evening as cannot access it from office!

Hi everyone!

I haven't been active on the board for 2 months now, due to being very busy. I've been answering PMs though. Can't believe people still contact me for help, I don't know how they know me considering my absence, but I'm happy to help.

I'm going to try to get on more frequently, though now that FSW application is over it's simply a waiting game.

As for our own application, we did our medicals and ECAS is updated but a couple of my family members had to renew passports, which we will get next week and then submit by CSE. I suppose (I hope!) we will get PPR shortly after that.

To everyone whose updates I have missed: one big congrats and hope to meet you in Canada!

To everyone who has encountered difficulties: keep trying, keep hoping, don't give up!

Hello Seniors, Need Advice.....

My Application Status : App send : 23rd June 2014
App Received Date : 26th June 2014
PER: 24/10/2014
Second Line Update : 10/12/2014

Still waiting for MR,I have enquired with my HR who is my close friend at work for any background check has been done, but he said none and assured me that if any he will inform me immediately.

I am not able to understand what to do ? I am thinking to wait for another 10 working days i.e till 21st of this month... just to cushion up those holidays which have come in last month...

But don't have any Idea what am I supposed to do after that?

What is GCMS , and How one can benefit from it ? will I be able to know what exactly is happening with my case via GCMS..?

DD encashed : 29/12/2014 (just got to know the date from the bank)

Senior members and experts could anyone please predict when can i expect my PER.. ?

From experience with my application, you should get per on dated between 16th to 19th January 2015

I have a small query. It's been around 25 days since my CC charged. I have not got the PER yet. i tried calling the helpline to see if i can get the UCI no., but no luck.

Please advise if there is any other way to get an update. Or should i just wait.
