Hi All,

I picked up my PR Visa stamped Passports and COPR from VFS Nehru Place Delhi Today afternoon.. Yesterday I checked online and it was showing ready for collection. I submitted my Ppts on 29/12.. So, its just 7 working days to receive it after submission..
I am a 2172 applicant and my application was received at CIC on 8th May.. So, its exact 8 months... And offcourse validity is 1 year from the Medical date..

Also, I had 2 American Passports (for my Kids).. NDVO did not stamp any visa on it but had just sent COPR for them.. I was assuming that they don't need any visa to enter Canada but still I sent their passports.. Can any other applicant confirm if they have same experience if they have any US born kid.. and have received just COPR for them..

Thank you all for help, well wishes and suggestions thruout the journey of getting the PR Visa...

Waiting waiting and waiting..still there is no update for me regarding the second line nor any medical request....

Its now 3.5 + months since my file is being transferred to SGVO..but still no updates....

People whom have got updates hope gets their visa too...and please keep me in prayers..

Take the credit card statement and see whether it was really charged or not and if charged then who charged it(cozz the name will be there). The send a CSE to VO and provide the statement as a proof.

thnx for the quick reply. I called with customer care of credit card company they confirmed that the payment is done.

Jaxon, are you sure the officer will understand you? "Positive eligibility review" is a forum term, they probably don't call it this way at VOs? However, this is very interesting! I am a July 7, still no news, but as my VO has extremely small number of applicants (14 FSW cases were processed in the period July 2013 - July 2014, and the office has no backlog for MI-1, MI-2 and earlier FSW), there is no stats. And they don't send AOR, nor do they update e-cas, so I'm absolutely blind as to what's happening((( I think I maybe will write them a letter like this. Jaxon, please don't forget to tell us what the outcome of your letter was!
Did you apply for GCMS, by the way?

DD Encashed: 12th Dec, 2014 (as per PER mail)
PER: 7th Jan, 2015
ECAS Status: In Process - "We received your application for permanent residence on September 24, 2014."

I received PER mail today. My details are as under:
NOC 0111
Application Received Date: 19th September
DD Encashed: 10th December
PER 7th Jan
Bank is still saying DD is not yet encashed.

While entring the data first time in SS I wrongly entered NOC 1111. I'll update the SS soon

If the idiot bank is still saying that.... and CIC has already taken money... then u can tell ur bank to cancel the DD and give your money back!!
