My Visa office is London VO. I need your advice or help. I got medical request in 11th Nov and i did my medical on 06 Dec. 3rd line updated in ECAS with Medical recieved on 10th Dec and on 19th Dec 4th line updated with status 'Decision Made' but still i had not received any email for PPR submission.

I am worried. Whats ur advice. should i call LVO? i had submitted case specific inquiry last week but no reply yet.

Please advice.

One of my friend working in gulf ...he received his PER on Dec 12th, he has some queries :

1. When he can expect AOR and what is the email id from which it is sent
2. When can he expect MR/PCC/RPRF from LVO, and email id from which it will be sent
3. RPRF, can he pay online ? if by DD,then CAD 980, Beneficiary : The Receiver General for Canada, Payable at : London ?
4. What is the London visa office address where he needs to send Medical receipt, PCC and RPRF

I didn't send Policae Certificate with the application. May I know if I get PER then when will they ask for PC? Is the time duration in between PER and PC request is very short Or they ask for PC after MR?

Just a joke, some people are afraid that do not receive any kind of response from CIC, depending on each case ( CC charge, PER, PCC, medicals, etc) and they forget that too much anxiety and less sleep can also damage their medical test. Psychological and psychic are the causes of 99% of the deseases. Stay caaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalm!

It should be by courier. Emails are only for enquiries and raise concerns. Moreover, it takes 45 days to 50 days for CIC to open and respond to an email.

Visa office is London in my case, 4th line is updated in ECAS on 4th January 2015, medical received line was updated on 25th December 2014, now my ECAS reads as below, however I have not received any correspondence from the LVO, no PPR yet, is it a normal practice of LVO? do they update the ECAS as decision made first and send the PPR later, I am waiting to get the PPR email eagerly and started bit worrying now, I have noticed that many people in the forum reported that they had received the PPR first and then the status updated as "Decision Made", but in my case is different, please advice what I should do, should I send any correspondence to LVO or just wait to get the PPR mail as it is a normal practice.

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 4, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on November 14, 2014.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

You wont see anything soon.... Even after u get PER u will see only that one line....

Now when VO opens ur file then u have three posibilities

1) We started processing ur application on xx-xx-xxxx and nothing that means ur mr is close

2) we started processing ur application on xxxxxx and Decision made means rejection

3) Nothing addition + doc request means u did not pass eligibility as some of the key doc needed for evaluation is missing

or Nothing addition + doc request + Additional Document request....... that means u actually passed eligibility but u r missing something important like POF funds, with out that they cannot start actual processing.....

Now after u finish Meds u will see 'medicals received'

Then u will see decision made and an officer will contact u soon... then ppr

ur 2nd line could be one of 'we started processing' or 'medicals received', which depends on when they start actual processing of ur application, before or after meds.

wish u will have all the gud news now onwards....

For an entire process it shows:
1 - We received your application on XXXXXX
2 - We started processing your application on XXXXXX
3 - Medicals have been received.
4 - A decision has been made on your application ...
Sorry if it is not literal, I can't access ECAS right now so I am writing what I remember.

LVO applicants who got PPR/Visa, please reply

One of my friend working in gulf ...he received his PER on Dec 12th, he has some queries :

its not necessary to receive AOR in each case. in my case i directly received Medical request after PER email.
2. When can he expect MR/PCC/RPRF from LVO, and email id from which it will be sent
its usually take 3-4 months after PER email. you will receive email from domain 'XXXXXXX@international.gc.ca'
3. RPRF, can he pay online ? if by DD,then CAD 980, Beneficiary : The Receiver General for Canada, Payable at : London ?
yes you can pay RPRF online and send receipt copy to LVO through courier with other asked document. No idea about DD as i did payment online.
4. What is the London visa office address where he needs to send Medical receipt, PCC and RPRF

I have applied for 2171 on Oct 10th.. According to CIC 161 applications are pending for review.. I have sent email long before this news came out.. I have not been replied so far.. I sent email on Nov 10th.. when can I expect a reply.. I have sent 2 remainder's too regarding the status enquiry. Payment mode is SBI DD which is valid till march.

As a backup I have applied for 2172 in Dec.

Don't worry,You will get your PPR soon. Many of the forumites reported their status changed to 'Decision Made' and still waiting for PPR.

You will get you ppr within a couple of days.
