It seems a lot to me compared with some people's scores posted in this forum so you should definitely apply. If you are withdraw from the pool before being charged for FSW's application you can always cancel that payment. EE applicants have the promise they will be processed in 6 months, FSW don't.

Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas or equal (at least one must be for a program of at least three years) 22 points

Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a program of three years or longer, or equal 21 points

Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a two-year program, or equal 19 points

Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a one-year program, or equal 15 points

Note: my education is 4 years degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university. ECA report also accepts it as equivalent to canadian 4 years university degree

i applied for FSW on 1st dec and thn
Express entry and choose all provinces there..
my ques. is should i apply differently for nova scotia ???

For express entry if you have provincial/federal nomination you get 600 points.If you want 600 points apply for provincial nomination seprately.

You can apply for EE by creating on line detail for federal skilled worker program and update the details later when you get provincial nomination.

Waoo thats one hell of points for EE. Can you share points breakdown people like me who r around 400 points were thinking the have a chance but u sank our boat half way through

No, it won´t affect you.
Anyway if you filled your application on December 1st you should wait a little more before hearing from CIO.
