Dear friends,

hope here are people on this forum who can answer my question!

In "charge date estimates" of FSW 2014 Global Spreadsheet, on the app. rcvd date 12/31/2014 the estimated first charge date is scheduled on 1/02/2015. How do you think will this schedule be followed? Is it an actual figure?

To say it short: can I expect that the dates of the estimated first charge will be followed according to the "charge date estimates" in FSW 2014 Global Spreadsheet?

Dear Yuran,

These charge date estimates are estimates based on FSW 2013 and 2014 data. They have concluded that CIC payment processing speed is close to constant, which allows to do this estimate. However, there's no real guarantee that processing speed will remain constant in future. Use this estimate with caution.

Friends and Experts , I am applicant of 7th July'14 NOC 2173 NDVO and hoping to have MR any time soon as this is also my verification time. You and your employer received a call from VO as well?

I have not received the call nor my employer but I am asking what happened with your file. It seems my one they have put for verification as in spreadsheet July 14th got MR, RPRF and Passport Copies. Please let me know....

Hi Navraj,

I submitted all possible proofs to BC in New Delhi, India to get an additional TRF for my IELTS like:

- Courier delivery receipt of my application at CIO (they were not convinced)
- Automated email I received from CIC when I had sent a case specific inquiry about my app (they were not convinced)
- My Fee Form and also my bank statement showing the amount being deducted to make the DD in favor for Receiver General for Canada (they were not convinced)
- Finally after 3-4 mail exchanges (and by that time I had got my rejected packet back), I sent the copy of rejection letter from CIC (they were convinced)



Post submitted all these proofs and being a bit stern with the BC customer care, they approved my request and issued a new copy of TRF.

Is there any CC/DD charges? after 1 jan,2015. Any news about NOC4011. My application was reached on 1st week of december. Kindly suggest me do I need to apply for Express Entry or should I wait for one more month.
