After waiting 23 days since my Credit Card was declined, they charged it today!!! The transaction still showes as Pending but I called the bank and they told me it's approved.
I hope all will goes through..

Hi Experts,

Please advice what do i do?

Its been 90 days since I recieved the PER, however no MR yet.

Wrote to NDVO several times, no reply yet.

I am going mad, please help.

I'm not an Expert, but I know someone is waiting for MR and it's June 4-th applicant.

So don't lose hope, just keep waiting for good email, will be fine

Hi I hv applied under NOC1123 and my application received on 8 Sep 2014 and as per bank my dd got encashed on 28th Nov. So far there is no update from CIC? I hv seen some of the applications under the same NOC under septemeber received the PER... Wt r the chances of PER????

Happy New Year all,

I have been away for a looong time. My visa office is London and my status has been In-process for a while now. I have not been able to catch up on all the post so in case it has been answered before, please bare with me. My questions are;

I have relocated to another country and advised the visa Office, could that had brought about the delay as I have seen visas issued to people who applied after me?

Also please advise if my file will be sent to the Visa office covering the country I have relocated to, and if I need to contact the new visa office as am not sure what to do...

Can you tell me how do you continuously enquire from HDFC on DD encashment? Is there an email or you call them regularly to find out?

Just got a call from my bank (ICICI Bank) that DD has been cleared on 29th Dec.
Was really worried considering that my app dated 2nd sept as per me was stated to be recd by cic on 20th Oct. I still am cautious regarding PER considering recent events. Will celebrate only once I receive PER.

Thanks to all forum members who believed in me even when I myself had given up hope. Wouldn't have been possible without the strength to sustain that you guys have given me. Don't want to take names as the list is endless and don't want to miss anyone even inadvertently.

Will update SS in the evening. My timelines as follows :

Noc : 1114
App recd date As per me : 2nd sept.
App recd date As per cic : 20th Oct.
DD encashment date : 29th Dec.

You truly deserve that. Soon you will get the PER.
