Guys i have an urgent query

I was married in Feb 2014 and while applying for PR in May i have provided my wife's pre marriage passport which does not contain my name or surname. Though i have submitted the marriage certificate..

Will this pose any issue in my visa stamping ?

its good enough just that ur marriage certificate shall be honoured by law of the land for ex if VO is NDVO so valid Indian cert is sufficient! ;D

I dont think NDVO and CHC are different. They are one and the same. You will get PPR from same email ID from which you gt Medicals and RPRF request.

However, those who have already received PPRs and VIsas may know better !!!

i wrote a letter stating my misinterpretation if the question n stated



i the orincipal applicant and my spouse have been refused visitors visa to the usa from the past.
However i since i hav yet heard from my local visa office im not able to send any additional documents, should u require that i
refill the bd form or require any information to support this i will b very willing to provide u with sch..............

you will be processed under fsw14 .. as long as your noc is not full

I have read in some posts that someone called CIC and enquired about this.

The answer was: You should mention that its the 1st time since you still didnt officially enrolled in the FSW (Received the PER).

Please dont take this as a definate answer!
