I want to share my happy moments with you that My Decision has been made and ECAS 4 line has been updated. I have submitted my (revised new passport) for VISA stamp.

ECAS Details are:

1-We received your application for permanent residence on June 25, 2014.

2-We started processing your application on December 2, 2014.

3-Medical results have been received.

4-31st Dec 2014...A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision

Mine was received june 3 but status shows received on september 3. I made CSE to NDVO they replied saying we have corrected ur received date, but ECAS Still shows 3 sept. Dnt know why so unprofessional.

Can anyone share the draft of job responsibilities for "0111". My application was returned with a reason "job responsibilities did not match with the lead statement".

I am planning to apply again under Express Entry.

Responsibilities of Financial Managers (0111):
Financial managers do some or the entire of the following duties:

· Prepare or organize the groundwork of financial statements, summaries, and other cost-benefit analysis and financial management reports.
· Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting procedures and investment activities and make recommendations for changes to procedures, operating systems, budgets and other financial control functions to senior managers and other department or regional managers.
· Hire, organize, coach and manage staff.
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operation of an accounting, audit or other financial division.
· Act as link between the business and its shareholders, the investing public and outer financial analysts.
· Build up and implement the financial policies, systems and measures of an institution.
· Organize the financial planning and budget process, and examine and correct approximation.
· Supervise the development and implementation of financial simulation models
· Establish productivity standards for investment activities and handle amalgamation or acquisition.
· Notify and report to senior management concerning any trends that are critical to the organization's financial performance.

Employent Requirements for Financial Managers 0111:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce or a related field is necessary.
Audit and Accounting managers may require a renowned accounting designation (CMA, CA or CGA).
A Master's degree in Business Administration (Finance) i.e. MBA-Finance or another Master's level management program may be necessary.
Quite a few years of experience in auditing, accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis or other financial activities are requisite.

Why have you applied for FSW, Did u ever thought that it was bed of roses, that u would land and the Canadian employers with come in a line to hire you, Sir, When you change cities it is a challenge and you are talking about changing Country- DO NOT SPREAD NEGATIVITY, people here are smart enough to score 67 + in eligibility that means they are well qualified, smart, Experienced Individuals and for sure they can and they Will survive the challenge , some one will feel comfortable in Six months and someone in one Year but eventually we all will !!!!

I received email from LVO as per below,

Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.

Updated forms which are available on our website:
New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form for the principal applicant
New Additional Family Information form IMM5406 for yourself and each family member over the age of 18


My Question is there two types of IMM008 forms i.e. IMM008-Schedule 3 , IMM008- Generic Application Form. Which of these form VO mean to say or I have to fill out both.

after 31.12.2014 there was only one working day 02.01.2014 and on that day at least more than 04 forum members received their PERs as per SS and members posts in the forum.

Stage 1 ) they check - necessary verification of docs related to ur work exp... including checking lead statement,making sure that the docs are genuine and any verification of employers or asking for second review by other officer..

Stage 2 ) second review, if required) Background check and/or interview

Stage 3) when u see the second line, from that day VO started security and criminality checks


So as per you, 2nd line updated means POF and Employment verification done and now started security and criminality checks, is it so ? ? ? ?

There is a little confusion

According to my consultant, VO will only and only start the process (like employment verification, security and criminality checks) after the second line updation . . . . is it true ?

My only concern is the employment verification. I need to remind my ex employers that they may receive any verification call. I had planned to do so after the second line updation.

Should I inform them before 2nd line updation ?

Please suggest . . .

Well if minimum wages are $11 for one person then just double the amount ... CAD 1700 for me + CAD 1700 for my wife = 3400 - so i guess at least we will get $ 3000 per month and that enough for first 6 month.
It cant be worst and if it will then we are ready for that also

Waiting for the Second line Update on cEAS. Still its not showing any Second line. Could you please share your experience regarding this second line update . when my second line will be update as i received my AOR as on 31/12/2014. When i can Expect my MR/PRF .. please advice
