Hi Friends,
Im new on this forum.

I applied for NOC 4011 ins FSW 2014 program. My file was received on 10 aug 2014 by CIO and It was send back on 20 oct 2104 due to incomplete file, i resend file which got delivered on 14 Nov 2014. My DD is not yet encahsed.
Can anyone tell how long i have to wait more???

If your file is complete than it will be charged in 100 days time , best of luck

Hello dear forumites, I received my PER 12 days ago but I can not log into ecas yet. It says "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided." is it normal or it should be working after 12 days from receiving per?

please check your uci no , put details in correct way , you can see the same there after

Thanks, after your answer i tried different options with my surnames (I have a name, a surname from my father, and a surname from my mother) to make it work i needed both surnames. Thanks for your answer

Hi People,

Please help me with the below situation. I am currently awaiting PPR from NDVO(Medicals have been received, timelines in side bar). My passport expires on 02nd Jan 2017. I have 2 years left in the validity. Now If my application is successful, I am planning to land by September 2015. That leaves me until June 2016 to renew the passport(6 months prior to expiry). I would prefer to renew the passport in the home country then doing it in canada.

Is it possible to get the visa on the existing passport post which I renew the passport. I read that the validity of the visa is one year from medicals or till passport expiry whichever is earlier. In this case will the visa on the old passport be valid. My brother had his H1B visa on an old passport and while travelling he just used to carry both the passports. Is this applicable for the canada visa too.

I do not want to get into the hassle of applying for a new passport now. For some reason if the police checks get delayed, it would simply cause a panic situation.

Advise will be appreciated

Any idea why there is so much delay in issuing PPR from NDVO , as visa is valid from medical done and majority of people are salaried and need to give 3 months notice in there current , so if PPR rates is slow and if it will take 4 months than landing time will be narrow i guess...

any suggestion what can be done to raise this matter to Visa Office :'( :-[ :'( :-[

Please select category first :- permanent residence from outside canada, than select federal skill worker{you might be doing mistake here}

you need to put your surname , dob, place of birth, uci no or file no which you have receive in per email

NDVO could be overloaded - this could be the main reason.

You can raise your concern to VO through CSE. If few more applicants also raise it, they may feel pressure and would tried to speed up the processing may be through recruiting more human resources or doing overtime work. I guess, CIO is working 7 days a week.
