Guys...I got my PCC request and RPRF last December 31, and Medical request Jan 1... Medicals done by January 2..just today,,, But having hard time with PCC from Spain...any one can help me out how to secure one from spain? they are really giving me a hard time..

Hello All,

I might be traveling to Pittsburgh in February on H1B visa.I have completed 3 stages for Canada PR and awaiting for the PPR from Delhi Immigration.As I will be in USA is there any possibility of getting the Passport stamped in USA either by requesting Delhi Immigration to transfer my file to USA or any other possibility.

Any suggestion will be of great help.

Please i need to know if both husband and wife applied for FSW, do they actually issue permanent resident visa to both partners or just the main applicant while the other partner is given some years of visa

I know of UK, they normally give only the main applicant indefinitely to remain while the spouse is given 5 years visa first then indefinitely to remain after that. Is this the same with Federal Skilled worker or they issue permenant resident to both partners

Your help will be really appreciated as i plan to add my wife to my application and need to know and understand the question above

Actually it seems that it could be both ways. I used the format without the hyphen and other members as you have reported using the hyphen.

I am also using without hyphen XXXXXXXX in this format and it always works..

If you have applied under FSW 2014 (NOW CLOSED) one can be principal applicant and spouse can be dependent.Both are issued visa at same time. Also spouse can be added during processing of application.For FSW under express entry main applicant will be issued visa first and dependent later on.

Thank you for your response, yes i applied for 2014 FSW and plan to add my wife now. so both busband and wife will be given visa and then permanent resident at the same time? that is what i really need to know

I am going to send my university certificate to WES for ECA to apply for EE. as I have a Master degree , do I need to send both my bachelor and Master to WES or just the Master?

Hey Mate, get a Transcript from your respective universities and send them over. They shall very well suffice.

Thank you, still thinking why they are taking long time to request PPR, may be background check is in place, but some say these checks happen before MR, not sure when it happens

International DD's are valid for 6 months. Keep checking with your bank to verify if your DD was encashed. They will need to check with their Forex team to validate the information.

DDs like every other cheques are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Your bank should know when your dd is cashed.

If your PCC is ready and you have any friends or relatives in USA then ask them to send them at that address. And ask your friends or relatives to send through courier company.
This way it will fast and convenient.
