Dakar processing will be fast. may be no verification / no interview. I think visa chances high compared to ndvo.

It's great to have known about this forum this 2014. This has helped me much in filing for my application for fsw. A lot of pure-hearted members who are willing to help others based on their knowledge of the whole process and their own experiences. I send my application to CIO via DHL on 22 Dec 2014 and after many emails/calls there website finally shows that it is delivered today. But when I asked for delivery proof they said that because they have no representative office in Sydney, NS, Canada so they outsourced my shipment to another courier company and that why they are unable to give us actual receiver's name. Is it significant to know the receiver's name? Please also tell me what else I can do to get satisfied that my application is reached at right place.

September applicants will get MR from Dakar along with Jun & Jul applicants from ndvo. Aug applicants should wait like water from dropping tap from ndvo, has to cross verification hurdle. meantime Dakar Sep/Oct applicant will get visa...

DHL uses Loomis Express for delivery within Canada. If you insist DHL representatives will provide the proof of final delivery to CIO.
