Hi Pappillon,

I think that the -1 is given by just only those whose business you are ruining by providing free consultancy and by motivating people to adopt DIY(do it yourself) attitude. Of course these consultants will not be happy and they will try to discourage whoever is voluntarily helping the others without charging any fee. I think that they are the only people may be possessing multiple accounts and issuing -1 to whosoever tries to help other people raising queries on this forum.

But don't care about them because in the first instance we are here to seek and give help without seeking any reward from anyone in return of the help and guidance that we are providing therefore even if someone gives +1 or -1.

Anyhow don't get demotivated and keep up with this volunteer good work of helping others.

i joined in july and was able to prepare my applctn..
i respect senior mates like ashifee, shah2014, canol, luqi and lot more i forgot names now..

I got rejection on the basis of that I didn't snd job duties for my previous job
I again snd my application with job duties for previous job but not snd detail for cash salary
Frnds now m worried that I should snt detail of cash salary also with job duties???
Pls frnds tell me I again did mistake???
