Guys, as per the latest update from the CIC website as on 16.12.14 for NOC 2132 Mechanical Engineers the number of application counted towards the 1000 sub cap is 700 and Pending applications waiting for MI acceptance review is 207.Now, in the situation, I am confused as to what to interpret:

1.Has CIC granted 700 PR's for NOC 2132 till date or is it just the number of complete and eligible application received. OR

2. Out of the 700 complete and eligible application received till date , has CIC cleared 207, which are waiting for MI acceptance. OR

3. Then the pending application yet to be received under the 1000 subcap is 1000 - (700+207) = 93.

I am really bogged down with these figures at the moment. If that's the case then there is no chance for the OCT'14 and NOV'14 applicants to make it in the FSW entry. All the SME's out there, would really appreciate if you can please throw some light on the above issue.

is it really CIC closed from 1 till 5 Jan. or they will take 1 of jan only ?

I have a doubt
I mentioned my local office in the application as NDVO.
In the email they mentioned "Applications previously destined for Abidjan, Ivory Coast will now be transferred to Dakar, Senegal. Your application therefore will be transferred to the visa office in Dakar.".
Does it mean my application processing office is Dakar?

To me 700 is PER and 207 is charged but not issued PER.

I disagree, master Century . 207 passed completeness check, not necessarily charged.

So we have in total three groups of people:
700: "PER";
207: "Charged" + "Completeness Check Passed before Charge";

It is more consistent with cap filled and a few charges after that.

Plus, current completeness check is around mid to end of October.

IMHO, the correct interpretation is that the pending applications yet to be received is 93. To me, OCT'14 should make it, maybe beginning of NOV as well. Mid to End NOV is going to be tough.

You should keep a clos eye upon your bank statement on daily basis. You might hear the good news any time in these days. Because these are the days when CIC is charing the CC of the applicants whose applications were received in end october or begining november as per the spreadsheet of this forum. Parallel to that you discuss at purchasing mangers forum what are the cc being charged and dd being enashed.

But, your VO is NDVO, I even doubt if your file is already received by NDVO. I think in his case it was jet-fast because of low work-load at his VO.

U need to wait a month at least.....Gud luck

If your PCC was emitted less than 3 months before you sent it, they should not require a new PCC.

On a few occasions, the local VO has asked for extra information, so they may ask you - but on a normal course it shouldn't happen.

1. I forgot to share 3 months work visa for Qatar along with my application. I never been to Qatar neither I have stamp on passport.as it was paper visa .do I need to share along my MR or not

2.also in past my HSMP application got refused due to lack of minimum point
