thanks LittleOwl.....yes it would take 12-14 days ordinary (4 days urgent). for now they have just asked for spouse passport copy. Can I send my renewed passport before / with medical or passport request if that's not an issue ???

Dear Fellow members

I have few question like i applied for FSWP from Dubai UAE and my filed received in NS Canada on 6th of December 2014.

1) Now the problem is that i got termination from UAE and now going back to pakistan
How to inform them and when should i inform them this situation possibly i will leave dubai in February 2015.

2)when my DD will be charge? either its charged when my application been selected or they will charge first and then consider my application.

3) if they will proceed my application how long it will take for Passport request?

My question might not be relevant as far as this thread is concerned. However due to the urgency of the matter I am posing it here....


Need urgent help!!!!

I am an FSW-2014 applicant done with medicals. My work permit has already expired and I am in the implied status. I have my tickets booked for 31/12/2014(Unfortunately tomorrow) to travel back to India due to some urgency back home. I already applied for BOWP and when I contacted CIC, I came to know that my BOWP has been approved. However I havent received any mail correspondence regarding the same. The current situation is like, even though CIC says its approved I dont have a proof yet and I am not in a position to cancel the journey.



Taking all these into consideration I would like to know
1. If one can travel outside Canada when the BOWP application is under processing by CIC.
2. If I exit Canada will my BOWP application be affected.
3. If my BOWP is approved and work permit is send to my communication address in Canada, my friend would be sending it to my indian address.Can I apply for TRV from India based on BOWP and go back to Canada? Will I need a job offer from Canada to apply for TRV.

Pleaseeee do help me with these queriessss...its really very urgent and important that I know these things.

I have gone and spoke with them and they suggested if you wait and complete that process its better.

Yes I received. Few others received it before DM in ECAS. No issues with this.

Friends, Can someone please tell me the latest date for Medical Request for Ndvo. I received Per mail on 3rd dec. Has Ndvo started giving MR to mid July applicants? Can we expect Ndvo to work faster in January? I am 13th August app and when can I expect verification call from Ndvo to my employer?

As per knowledge, NDVO is currently giving medicals to June applicants.
