Hello Brother: your sleepless night is over. CIC don't consider education while assessing NOC's roles. As long as your roles match with NOC description, you are fine. Someone with Masters in English is eligible to apply 2172 as long as he perform the duties mention in NOC's roles.

So the whole Employment Requirement section will be disregarded.

A bachelor's degree, usually in computer science or in mathematics
or
Completion of a college program in computer science is usually required.
Computer programming experience is usually required.

But dont worry. You will be fine. One of my friend having same qualification and same designation and he already got the PER.

I live in London and need to pay a fee of $150 for the new born to the London Visa office. The email received from LVO only has asked to pay this fee and is silent about the mode of payment.

If any of you, living in UK has successufully paid this fee to LVO online then can you please let me know?

Hello all,

I need some urgent help. My application was received by CIC on June 4th and I have received my app number. I have a newborn daughter born on 30-10-2014. I have already sent her details to the visa office using the online form but got a reply message that their mailbox is full. Im not sure whether they will receive it through email or do I need to send the hardcopy of the documents through regular mail. They have also clearly mentioned not to send the docs through different forms of communication.

Please let me know what I need to do.. Thanks all.

1) the points for the Qualification, age, Ielts and spouse ielts are obvious but how they check for the experience?
2) when the do it? for this purpose they call the employer or met them personally to confirm?

Yes brother, the whole Employment Requirement section is disregarded while assessing experiences.

Educational point is assessed from the WES report.

They may call supervisor/HR, send the scan copy of your reference letter to them for confirmation, may visit your office for physical verification (if they think your supervisor/HR is not trustworthy). They will deploy whatever trick is needed for confirmation. They may even call for interview.
