I recommend all applicants who are still waiting for second line update to obtain GCM notes.

NDVO has maximum no of applications and average processing time to get MR is 50 days. This may increase to 60 days due to holidays.The applications transfred from CIC are waiting to be opened by case officer for background check.After this the second line is updated.Each case is different and simple cases get second line soon.
Please ask for GCMS notes in case of undue delay.The time for providing is about 30 days.

Do not worry about that Black Sheeps, there is a parallel CIA/FBI team working @ Forum, close to find that/those ones.
