"After the file has been transferred, it waits in the queue to be reviewed by Visa Officer. A Visa Officer will review your file and will determine the eligibility of your application for further processing. IF the visa officer decides that everything that you have provided is genuine and inline with what is required, he/she will put your file in actual “process”. You will see a new line added in your ecas as “We have started processing your application on mm-dd-yyyy”. Your status will remain “In Process”. The worse scenario is that Visa Officer will overrule the previous PER decision and may reject the application before starting the process, in this case, you will see “Decision Made” in your ecas.

I have contacted their embassy in Paris and they say that we are not providing any kind of PCC for foreigners, only IRAQi citizens!

I need one small clarification, if for example any candidate is getting minimum points in FSWP say around 67 points, in reality my points are 71 with my current FSWP NOC 2132.
Can anyone with 67 points on the other hand, get success in EE because the CIC has mentioned only high ranking candidates will be selected?

Next step is CC/DD charge and then PER mail > MR,PCC,RPRF > PPR > Visa > Finally canada

As in FSWP even if the applicant is 67 he is eligible

major differences in the upcoming Express Entry are -
1. More favorable to candidates below 30 years of age
2. Higher IELTS/TEFF scoring candidates get very high points
3. No point for having relative in Canada
4. Married candidates need spouse ECA and IELTS/TEFF to get points

Systems in Canada are tightening, which is why I think New Zealand and Denmark will be next options for those of us who can't get into Canada
