IM REALLY SORRY FOR UR LOSS , ITS DEVASTATING , I LOST MY FATHER 2 YEARS BACK FOR THE SAME DISEASE ( CANCER ) , PRAYING ALWAYS FOR PPL FIGHTING AGAINST IT !! MAY HIS PRECIOUS SOUL REST IN HEAVEN .

+1 for positivity. However, outside this, PCC directly from Police SSP office still is an option.

I believe in India, PCC from SSP office is an option only in one state Punjab, I am not sure. However, rest states have 2 options only, PCC either from;
1) PSK
2) Police Commissioner Office

My Query is how i can know the 2nd line update.

Yes it would be the case that those who are counted in 11544-are those applicants who have been issued PER. Whereas the pending 4565-applications those whose envelope has been opened and which are found complete in all aspects but they are waiting for final points calculation. Therefore most probably your application will be in 4565-applications OR it might be the case that you are already in 11544-applications who have issued PER but sometimes due to no communication by CIC, you might directly receive email from your VO. It happened with some of the applicants. But the mysterious thing that is still unknown and there is no information released by CIC in this regard, are those application parcels which are still untouched and not opened by CIC? How many more applications are lying with CIC which are not reflected in the 16th December update? Nobody knows? That is the reason I requested that whoever is present on this forum please update your data in Excel sheet so that we could make a somehow reasonable guess!

As you can observe as per latest update on this page (on 16th December), total of only 16109 applications [11,544(accepted) +4,565 (pending review)=16109] are with CIO. So, it is really difficult that rest of the 8891-applications will be counted only with in a period of two months. Whereas in total of around 5-6-months only 16109-application are received. Moreover our NOC-0113 has received only a total of 227+178 = 405-applications. Therefore our applications would have been opened prior to filling up of the CAP.
