PCC issued from Consulate General of India is valid or not for NDVO

It is signed by Consul of Passports

if they issue it, it should be acceptable as per me...Still you are not sure, better get it from embassy...seniors can correct me if wrong...

NOC: 5126 ??? or 5125???
Please check what did you mention on envelop either 5126 or 5125 as I checked NOC : 5126 is not in occupation list of FSW

I was 24th july applicant, i made mistake and put NOC code as 5221 instead of 5125, however i put the correct title (ie Translator) but they send back my applcation due to wrong NOC code. They will reply to your email after 45 days. Still have time, if you have second copy of your docs.

Hi Century & other experienced people,

Let me know if my understanding is correct - I believe NDVO is queuing all the applications by updating them with 2 nd line in ECAS. Once they return from vacation or freed up from issuing PPR's, they will push all the piled up applications ready for MR (as mentioned above). Honestly, second line updates have become common for the last 15 days where PPR's have been issues to most applicants from NDVO.

Just like the Consul General issues a passport which is acceptable for travel, the PCC too is valid and accepted by the visa office.

My App reached CIC on 22 July and DD en-cashed on 16 Nov and second line Update 26th December 2014.
So NDVO is working today so its not holiday there i guess
