Hey guys...... I am a silent follower of this forum.. U guys have been helping me to keep patience. Thanks for all the updates
I am a 3rd October applicant in NOC 4011 category... So far no news have been received. Even CC hasn't been charged. No problems in application form also.... Documents are also perfectly attached... Im a little worried now as applicants from mid of Oct are getting PER.

What are my chances? Please help

Hi everyone i hav received some advise on this mistake and im kindly asking for more. In the background declaration form thre is a question about visa refusal ........ . I havv only mention my visitor visa refusal to canada years ago and did not mention US visitor visa refusal. Was it absolutely necesary to mention that or providing the canada info only necessary. Plz advise more on this...

Background Declaration question 6C and 6d both asked for "Canada or any other country". USA is certainly can be included in "other country". So no confusion. It is absolutely necessary.

Can anybody from India , pls confirm the wordings of PCC ?
I got as below & has doubt if this works or should it have different wordings.

CERTIFICATE
Verified from the Police record of XXXXX Police station,City name,There is nothing adverse against Mr. XXXX(My Name)
Resident of XXX( My address).

Signed & seal by Assistant Commissioner of Police, Special Branch, XXX City.


This is issued from Office of Commissioner of Police at XXX city.


Also for my spouse PCC, they mentioned her address as different than what she have on passport. they were not issuing us PCC as passport has typo in address & were forcing to correct passport to have same address in PCC. we had another home in same city for which they have given address verified based on ownership documents. would this work or do i need to write cover letter explaining cic ? This new address is not conveyed to CIC as we it is recent purchase of property.

Any clue what time ECAS might have been updated

It wasn't there until 24th Dec noon India time, and then I checked it today(26-dec) around 4-5pm india time and got to know the Second line update

After 20 days of receiving your PER, send a letter to LVO about this omission. Also send the revised Background Declaration form. As far as I know, for any changes, LVO ask for hard copies.

My father in law was widowed 4 years ago and now he married ..he was married before i sent the application but we didnt know about it ...so should i inform the officer after he sends my MR or no ...my vo is ottawa..so they dont send AOR ....please advice

If you want to sponsor your father in laws in future, this information would be crucial. In this sense, you should inform this incident.

Just thinking whether your father in law eloped. ;D ;D
