There are 9 points on that. It is really confusing whether the officer responsible for 2132 files is aware of that or just he has to compare one by one. Criteria is not clear my friend. Just hope for the best. One forumite expressed once after he got a PER ( not 2312 ) that he was not matching many of the duties. So, you covered exactly like how many points ? One of my friend managed to cover all of them. He was encashed but no PER yet.

You should not copy paste the duties.
Try to rephrase rte duties .
Try to cover at least 50 percent duties. The essence should be conveyed.

You can come back to your home country with out the PR Card. But going back is what causes the issue, you will not be able to enter Canada without the PR Card. There are two options here:
1. Ask your friends to send you the PR Card once they receive it on your behalf. There is a chance that you lose this in transit.
2. Get a PRTD(not sure what it is, read in some other thread) from yor home country Counsalte and take it with you while landing. Heard this is a time consuming process.

I agree, sometimes people go through with all fake experience as well and some doesn't even with best experience they have. It all boils down to Luck. Hope everyone get what they deserve best.

Hi pr4vj,

Assuming you have received the acknowledgement from PSK after submitting PCC and related docs, now you have to approach the police station in your jurisdiction. The verification will be done as per your current/present address. If you didnt receive any communication try to visit the relevant police station ASAP since 8 days have elapsed. In case the police station does not have any details there could be a possibility of the application reaching another police station. Each station has certain jurisdiction, so just keep this in mind. I'm not sure about your case but I had to visit another police station due to jurisdiction issue, but it was sort out later. In short try to approach them and provide the necessary documents or copies and get it done.

Just confirm with them about further procedures. In most cases the PCC will be issued by PSK...but you need to carry the acknowledgement or other details.

Friends,

I am waiting for my MR. I have applied PCC through PSK and they said they will initiate police verification as my current address is different to passport address. It has been almost 8days I have not received any calls from local police station should I wait or approach them?

No, its a sort of temporary 2 months location change. My residence address remains the same.

Your current residential address would have changed right?...Better to inform the VO...they may ask to submit an updated Generic Applctn Form....raise a CSE first for inquiry and see their reply....

hi,

We will need PRTD only if PR card is NOT delivered on friend's address ,,, because once he gets our PR card then no issues.

cant quit current job that easily and cant come back from Canada without PR card !!

A very peculiar situation has arisen. My credit card was charged on December 9, 2014 (received sms). Now (December 26, 2014) my bank is telling me that they have reversed the charge as per their policy as claimants bank have not demanded the payment within 15 days.

Could any one guide me how to resolve this issue.
