As per my knowledge... you have to provide all the details about your employment till the day u r applying.
In this case u should have provided the appointment letter.
Pls if you can send the addendum letter and request them to include the same in your file.

Buddy I have shared my New Organization Offer Letter with Complete Salary structure.. Also i have attached my first Month's salary slip..
The only thing that i have not given is Employment certificate which has the duties enlisted as 1.5 months is too small a period to request one from employer..

I have provided all related to my Job title as it is mentioned on below link that Mechanical engineers can perform some or all of the job duties (I went by the word "Some" ).

There are 9 points on that. It is really confusing whether the officer responsible for 2132 files is aware of that or just he has to compare one by one. Criteria is not clear my friend. Just hope for the best. One forumite expressed once after he got a PER ( not 2312 ) that he was not matching many of the duties.So, you covered exactly like how many points ? One of my friend managed to cover all of them. He was encashed but no PER yet.

I have used same job duties letter which I used twice to get the Swiss work permit (as Mechanical engineer) in the Past.

As long as you have provided the details of the new job in the form, you're fine. Provision of reference letter & supporting docs is required only if you want to claim points for that employment. In this case, since the duration of new job has not completed 1 year as yet, its any which ways aint eligible for any points.

There is no need to send any addendum concerning the same.

Remedical: 29/10/2014 (only for husband, asked by doctor only, no involvment of CIC)

3rd line - medical recieved: 10/11/2014
Passport request: 12/12/2014
Passport Sent date: 15/12/2014
Vissa Issued: 23/12/2014

Congrats. I'm also waiting for decision and PPR. I hope to get good news sometime in Jan 2015.
Yes, I'm also equally concerned about new life and plenty of preparations and work that is yet to start. Ofcourse we have crossed on big milestone, but once we land the work begins again.
In case you come across the site dealing with next steps after visa please share with me as well.

Finally the time has arrived, got my passport stamped with immigration status along with COPR.

Thank you all for the wonderful support and motivation. Now the Big challenge is awaiting in my new life in Canada.

All the best for the rest who are awaiting their PER & MR's

Only thing one can do would just be patient and wait for the right time.

Is there a thread which i can refer for the next step which one needs to follow after getting VISA ?

Completely no effect since you are not claiming any points for this period. Relax.
