I am not an expert on 0112 however it has been generally stated that your chances of getting PER w.r.t. the points for profession depend mainly on how many points (if not all) match with responsibilities mentioned in the NOC category. So you have a very good chance if that match happens. I believe CIC has not highlighted what that minimum percentage is; it has been stipulated in the forum as to be between 60% to 80%.

So how much is the match?

Thanks and +1 to you quick reply..

Most of them match apart from these 2.

My second query is that i have provided employment certificate from my previous organization where i worked for 4.5 years. I joined my current organization on Oct 2014 and have not provided Employment certificate since my experience in this organization was less than 2 months when i sent the application. will it have any effect on PER?

Regards

NEED YOUR ADVICE......

I have changed 4-5 companies during my tenure of 8 years of working experience in Purchasing. Will NDVO call all of them to cross verify Back ground check??
I am worried about this. what if they call and no body respond or any wrong person respond.....

WILL THEY CALL CURRENT COMPANY ALSO?? IF THEY CALL MY EMPLOYER WILL COME TO KNOW THAT I AM APPLYING FOR CANADA IMMIGRATION...

PLEASE ADVICE...............

hi friends one of my friend appling fsw 2172,his file reached today.what are the chances his file is with in cap or not.thanks

What you have posted is a very near possibility; NDVO most likely will call or contact in some fashion. However do not fret since they would understand if your employer doesn't co-operate or tell the complete truth. I believe this is true for the most of the applicants.

You don't have anything to worry.

And as to your last concern about your current employer finding out that you are trying to move out; well there isn't much you can do about it. I wouldn't worry about that.

I think u shud have informed ur employer abt ur application. Even I informed my employer after getting PER.Although chances r less of verification bt still
U cannot take a risk.Tell the employer that it is goin to take 2-3 yr if ur application gets selected . Be a lil clever :P bt do inform the employer.

Finally the time has arrived, got my passport stamped with immigration status along with COPR.

Thank you all for the wonderful support and motivation. Now the Big challenge is awaiting in my new life in Canada.

All the best for the rest who are awaiting their PER & MR's

Only thing one can do would just be patient and wait for the right time.

Is there a thread which i can refer for the next step which one needs to follow after getting VISA ?
