HI, I am from Vadodra, Gujarat. I am waiting for my PER. when shall I apply for PCC, so that it remains valid till NDVO ask for it.

1 more question, how come it is different 6months & 3 months, are there other VISA offices in India other than New Delhi VISA Office(NDVO)?

Dear Friends,

After getting PER, Is there any chances of Rejection?

If yes, what are the reasons of rejection after PER?

Please advise.

Thanks

There are always chances of rejection until you get your Canadian passport.
However, they're rare. Mostly it can be for two reasons, one is that you commit a crime which makes you ineligible and unsuitable to live in a civilized society like Canada. Another is that they misjudged something in your application. For e.g. they made a mistake in calculating your points and after recalculating, they found that you actually have fewer than 67 points which are needed to qualify etc.

So you should be fine! Good luck.

Hi All

I jus got to know from a person who went to canada 2 years back under this FSW program only that after the PER, the VO /CIC sends confirmation mail to the HR of the company attaching the scanned copy of the job experience letter to confirm whether the same is being done by the perspn.

Please please anyone who has received MR request this year, anyone has received scanned letter in their office? Please confirm..

Hi,

Even if there is any BG verification on you from VO/CIC to an company, it will remain upto them (Vo\CIC and Company).

Only if in case something one has provided to CIC doesn't match with company documents, then in these cases company HR team will get in touch with you.

Else, for most other cases, it is hard to know.

Congrats and do let us know the progress so that others can know the Timeline.

It's better to inform VO about any Employment Change and Yes the background checks about companies are carried out by VO after PER and before MR only. If they feel need to carry out Employment verification (till now its not been confirmed that all applicant's employment verification is carried out) then you might face some problems.

Yes you are right....We never know the working style of CHC...

in my case i have updated employment details during MR and RPRF stage...
My new company receive verification call in Abu Dhabi from NDVO after MR receipt & approval...

So don't hide anything....

Hello friend please help
Dear Seniors Please support ,

I have an Urgent question

Do we need to provide medical check for Non Custodial Child also??

Please Help Its urgent !!!!!!

Well if you have mentioned that the non custodial child may accompany you (I hope this may not be the case) then offcourse yes.. But you can directly ask this question with Visa Office.. They will give you exact answer.. here at this forum all the answers are based on past experience so if this is a new question then you wont get answer or may get wrong answer.. So instead of shouting here just send an email with your case to your Visa Office and do as per the reponse. While sending your Medical Report or RPRF attach the VO's response...
This is what I did when asked VO that can I use my 1 year old PCC.. If I would have asked the question here at this forum I would have got the answer in a big "NO".. But it was case specific and yours is too... While sending my old PCC I attached their response with a cover letter that as per my query and response I am sending my one year old PCC..Hope this helps..

Dude no need to worry about PCC right now, you will have plenty of time after PER to get the PCC. You can get PVC from commissioner Office within 10 days after your request.

Hi All,

I have come across weird issue. I applied for FSW 2014 under 1123, and I checked my file status using old UCI no. and found that the file is in process. However, my immigration agent have not received any email yet.

I have a friend who applied under same category one month after me and he received PER email last night. I again contacted my immigration agent and still he said that he have not received any email from CIC.

Can someone please shed light on this issue?

Regards,
Sarvesh

Fortune and my Medical:

Since it was taking too long to get any email/response from SG after my second line addition (9th Oct 14), I have applied for GCMS report on 18th Nov. I rcvd the report one month later...Since I am moving it took two days to read the email....

[size=13pt]And then what I have seen on the GCMS report ( @ correspondence section ) - They have sent me Medical Request on 20th Oct 14 with below docs:

1. Medical Attachment for me and spouse
2. PCC for BD and FBI report
3. Photo
4. Updated Employment letter from HR dept
5. Right of Permanent Residence Fee

They had given 60 days for all of this formalities.Whole body of the emails is written GCMS report (with all other correspondences like PER/AOR etc.).

So I have already crossed that time frame.

After that I have sent an email to SG referring to this GCMS report's email and informed them that I have not rcvd any email communication from them. They have sent me an email immediately with Medical attachment and instruction. This time they have given me 30 days and mentioned that they will refuse my application otherewise.

So after waiting of 20 months I have finally received Medical request (without receiving any prior doc req from them).

Thanks to all of the forum members........Please receive my sincere gratitude for supporting me through out this painful time... :) . I am really grateful to all of you.

Asking my presence on ur prayer for my upcoming process and career........

congratulations-4652.gif

So happy to hear it. The most cherished information.
