I was waiting for PPR :

Today I received Email from delhi immigration and they demanded Background declaration to resend for me and wife (focus on Point 8 , personal details)

Any thought ...whats going on with my file....

I have onsite travel (for 15 days) i mentioned in Travel form but not here in Personal details.....

Do any body have idea ...should i mention the travel here too ?

Don't worry that's a good sign VO is processing your file. I know someone on my whatsapp group who got the mail last week and got PPR this week.
Please complete the form and forward. You will get PPR soon.
By the way what time you got the email.......

Q2. I didnt see any option for stating visa applications or refusal on FSW application pack, is this general question on this forum or application related?

Looking at the history of Capped NOCS and the forum spreadsheet ( sheet titled: NOC by Fee encashed date), the following can be noticed:

3012 Capped on Dec. 11 ( currently 746 + 254 ) ........ There is no charge after Dec 11. This means that the current 254 applications are already charged.
2174 Capped on Nov 7 ( Currently 992 + 8 ) ............There is no charge after Nov 7. This also means that the current 8 applications are already charged

The above applies as well on all the capped NOCS as declared by CIC in the relevant date.

Therefore, I can say with a clearcut proof that the pending column in the latest update contains only charged applications. Since the latest charge for 2132 is Sept 26, this clearly indicates that October completeness check is not inlcuded in the 207 pending applications unfortunately. I am not sure how far the 93 remaining places will cover from October, November. Maybe, they will as well cover applications from September which are still not charged or even from August.

I am really upset. I can't see it better than this.

Thank you for this!! Really appreciate it. My only anxiety is that I've planned too many things around this, so the MR is just an assurance that me and my family are definitely on our way to that country. If all goes well, I am honestly planning for June/July only because of my son. My only hope/wish is that all goes well and we DO end up going in may/june/july

I can understand! Even I have to force myself to not keep thinking of it!!! When you are taking such a big step, it is this beautiful combination of excitement, anticipation, impatience, anxiety and some fear too!!!

However NDVO is still in New Delhi, so Bad weather in Delhi and it might be Nature Call , So we dont know Just Hope for the Best.

I think NDVO is in no way linked with Delhi Municipal Corp. its and independent body and will operate independently. This is what i assume.....

45 days as per the first mail which says to provide MR/PCC/RPRF fee details to VO (Please comply by the mentioned requirements within 45 days from today.. )That would also be mentioned in the first point of the request letter PDF, mentioning the date by which you need to submit the documents.


However,

sooner you will get another email ME Instructions attached (Medical Report form - IM1017E), which states IMPORTANT: You are required to undergo the medical examinations within 60 days of the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application.

So according to me it's 45 days.
