You already have PER and may get visa in next 2/3 months.Why you want to go for PNP now? After getting PNP nomination you have to go through Express entry.

Okay. Spreadsheet has the average processing time. I think it is around a month for Passport to be in your hand with Visa. Request you to check this spreadsheet as well and other people's timeline who got the visa.
