Hello Friends,

I need an information - regarding maintenance of funds.

I'm a Oct 2nd Applicant - NOC - 2171. Awaiting for some reply from CIC.

Due to Personal emergency, I'm planning to take out partial amount from the security funds showed for CIC and I will try to settle it back in a week.
In that case, will it there be a problem for my application?

Kindly need your all expertise suggestions.

Hello Forumites . . . just a quick query. . . If the third line on ECAS says "Medicals Received", does that mean I have passed medical test and should wait for PPR. My concern is b'cos I never had a medical check up, and found that my BP was high and doc referred me for ECG, whose result were not disclosed to me.

Also, is it true that PPR email is received days after the fourth line is updated to 'Decision Made' . . . .

Hello Everyone,

I have few more queries :

- I have already received my PER on 26th Nov. Status on CIC website shows 'in process'
- What is approximate time before i get a request for Medical tests ?
- After receiving the MR can i choose the medical centers ? (From the list of approved centers) or do i have to compulsorily go to the one in my state ?
- Considering everything goes well and i am granted a PR, what is the time limit in which i have to reach Canada or my PR permit gets expired ? i.e no. of day.
- My wife's IELTS will expire on Jan 24th. Should i make her appear for new IELTS or is it ok since i have already received the PR ?
- If i get a PR, i intend to study further for a year. Is it officially allowed under PR or do i have to necessarily work after landing in Canada ?

Please clarify on the above points or add anything you think is relevant to the above points.

Hello all,

I have few queries
1. I recvd MR email on 16th dec 2k14. I contacted iom for appointment, n at tht time they didnt tell me about passport compulsion n today i came to know i cannot have my infant's medical without passport. We hv applied for pp today n will get it next week. In case i cant makeup in 30 days margin given by lvo, how can i get extension?
2. My son's name is spelt wrong in MR email as compared to form B n birth certificate , on which address i must sent request for correction.

3. I havent submitted pcc n also didnt recieve its request from lvo. Shouldi provide it on my own? Or email them? N no rprf request till now too.

Put up Case Specific Enquiry for MR date extension, if needed... for Wrongly spelt name. No need for PCC/RPRF if they haven't asked.

Received PER on 22nd Dec and ECAS status started appearing from Today i.e. 23rd Dec.....In Process.

I would like to say thanks to everyone on this forum.

Application received date: 29th Aug, 2014
DD Encashed as per PER Email: 19th Non, 2014
PER Date:22nd Dec, 2014


Few things to mention for other members:

1. I sent an additional package (Birth Certificates) which was received on 4th Sep. I sent an email to CIC to ask for an acknowledgment for the package on 1st Sep. I sent a reminder on 1st Oct.

2. I got the reply from CIC on 19 Nov that they have match the additional package with my actual package

3. I checked with my bank on 10th Dec but they said it was not enchased till then.

4. But as per PER email, my DD was encashed on 19th Nov.

-About 60 days for MR
-You can go for medical to any doctor on CIC panel in the world
- You have to reach Canada in approx 1 YEAR from medicals or before expiry of visa.
-No need to for spouse IELTS now.
-You can study or work in Canada
