I have not mentioned the US B1 visa rejection to CIC. I have received PER now.

What are the forms and supporting docs we have to send VO?

Can you tell me the procedure to do this ?

Brother Nishant.Sh , we can't confirm whether 2nd line is updated after verification n background check or prior to that ...
but this means your application is start accessing by VO, means either verification started or completed.
Most probably its completed or about to complete.

Please complete this form for yourself, your spouse/common-law partner, and your dependent children who will accompany you to Canada.

so shall I send three separate form for all of us or in a single form i can put our info?

If discovered by d local VO, it's Misrepresentation except u av a convincing reason for not declaring it. If u av not declared such, pls update ur local VO after PER for ur own good.

Will US rejection makes any problem for not mentioning in CIC application form?

All VO take from 2 days to 2 weeks. It really depends on their mood. What i have heard is tht, if its long time between MR and PPR then stamping time is shorter otherwise it can stretch to 2 weeks.

I have created a whatsapp group for serious discussion regarding landing / settlement issues and planning for those applicants who have already received Passport Request,. PM me your number, if u r interested (kindly don't share ur number here as it will be difficult for me to follow).

Send a cover letter to ur VO via CSE and email stating that it's an oversight and you are ready to update same form if requested.

Pls do not forget to let dem knw dat d oversight is not intentional. If this is picked against u by ur VO, its Misrepresentation if u can't give a convincing reason for not declaring it. Pls do d right thing.
