I am also in the same situation and my B1 visa got rejected in 2008 and forgot to mention the same in IMM5669 form.


Kindly let me know , whether u have updated IMM5669 form and visa rejection letter to VO in CSE portal.

I am applying from India....and payment through DD...receiver general for canada ....whom shlud it b payable...New Delhi or Canada?Huh


Also all the DD isued are valid upto 3 mnths only .....so what suld we do if the app takes more than 3 months???
i've checked all the banks....none is giving a DD validity of 6 months!!!!

Keep the funds until u get the visa in your hand. These are the funds u need to carry along with u to Canada. So please don't even think of taking em' out right now.

DD should be made payable at Canada.. And international DD is mostly valid for 6 monthss..
