Of course is normal, those forms comes from CI right?
Don't worry about that option, they will assign you the right VO.

I have maintained required funds in my Saving Account from last year. (though I deducted and credited in between some amounts)

Till when I need to retain the funds.

Will they ask the proof of funds in Canada - Port of Entry (when we land in Canada for Stamping) ?

application for Diploma ( three years) ?

I have got my wes result as Diploma(three years).

I have applied PR visa and got PER.I got US B1 visa rejected in 2008 and in IMM5669 form I have selected "no" for 6d question.

been refused refugee status , an immigrant or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary resident visa to Canada or any other country?

While rejection , US embassy provided me the refusal letter for rejection alone.

Kindly please let me know what is the proof u have provided for rejection ? Whether NDVO accepts this and does not consider misrepresentation of data if we later send to NDVO

That might be big issue or may not be as it is misrepresentation you might get rejection. All depends on NDVO now.

From where to Get 9" X 12" envelope as here in Faisalabad, Pakistan they denied the size available. Please help

Simply send it in a white A4 envelope. No issues. You wont find 9x12 envelope anywhere in Pakistan. It does not matter at all.

Imo, before per,it is cic. After per, it is local vo.

"After the file has been transferred, it waits in the queue to be reviewed by Visa Officer. A Visa Officer will review your file and will determine the eligibility of your application for further processing. IF the visa officer decides that everything that you have provided is genuine and inline with what is required, he/she will put your file in actual “process”. You will see a new line added in your ecas as “We have started processing your application on mm-dd-yyyy”. Your status will remain “In Process”. The worse scenario is that Visa Officer will overrule the previous PER decision and may reject the application before starting the process, in this case, you will see “Decision Made” in your ECAS "
