I would say send the updated forms with cover letter mentioning this mistake, which stage is your in? Have you got your PER. I had a similar issue and shared the updated forms as advised by the seniors on this forum, this was after my MR stage.

I haven't got PER yet as my application was received on 22 October, 2014 and I paid via DD.

In latest Generic Application Form For Canada

There is no column for selecting Visa office, there is no question number 4.

So don't give wrong information...

@ jikhan you are good go and you have time till 31st December only don't waste your time by asking this question once again.I'm 100% sure no need to select visa office

Submit your application ASAP.

May 20th Applicant, NDVO..Hope to get PPR soon...FINGERS CROSS

You have to inform the NDVO if you moved to the other country and it will take some more time to process ur request. Its upto you whats ur priority? If Canada is ur ultimate goal than why just for 3 to 4 months you are changing ur job and mess ur application.

Hi All,

On the online file status it says "we received your permanent application on 12th September 2014."

Does it mean that they have charged my DD? I went to my bank this morning and they said they cant provide the details if the DD has been encashed.
