A small Question, Please guide

Can the Decision Made on ECAS before PPR mail be negative? or Positive?

99.999999% its going to be positive after MR is done successfully. I cant even come up with the rarest scenario where they might reject any application after a successful medical.

I am an Indian citizen, working in Dubai since last 2 years. Got PER email last week. Have to submit my PCC next.
Do i need to obtain Indian PCC from India or can i apply here in my local consulate in dubai & that can be accpeted by CIC? Please help.

Hi Joy,

You have to first apply for a Dubai PCC from CID near Al Mulla plaza, by paying AED 210, which will take 3/4 days if you go personally& 1 day if you apply online through dubaipolice.gov.ae. after that you have to get it attested in Indidan counsulate & submit it to BLS, they would take around 5/7 days for Indian PCC, if the current address is same as passport address, if not they do a personal verification back home in india which may take 45/50days.

I am NOC 2171 applicant, My application reached on 16th Oct But on 22nd Nov there was cap reached as 1000 when they were charging applicants upto 5th sep. Then again CIC updated on 15th Dec that they have received 839 applications and 167 in MI, So What would this mean? Am I out of race ?? MY DD is not charged till date, and I haven't received any mail or anything. How can I know my status?? Please help.

I also have plans to move after March 2015 end. I plan to land in Toronto. I am in the US currently, and my status is also same like yours. I have applied for renewal of my daughter's passport. Hoping to get it soon now.

My third Line got updated......Medical results have been received.

Now waiting for PPR request.. I am planning to go in April 2015... anybody have same plan... we can accompany

STAY ALERT KEEP CHECKING INBOX REGULARLY 8)
With an good hope NDVO will clear at-least major of these members, before 31st Dec.

now I am really very worried about my application..
2nd line was updated more than a month back,"we started processing ur application on 19th November 2014."
app received:4th June.
PER:30th September.
visa office:NDVO.
seniors pls help I need ur suggestions..
in this case can i send an e-mail to CIC for inquiry or can i give them a call to ask about my application..?
or shall I just wait..?
what can I do...?
