Many of my friends and relatives migrated to Canada. I never heard that they needed interview

If the applicant can well present his/her case by providing sufficient evidence in the form of supporting documents, interviews are mostly waived. In this forum, there's another thread to discuss about interviews. You can sure check that.
Thanks dear Desertfox, though that's a bit of relief but I guess I'd have a look at the interview thread...Thanks for your suggestion

In my opinion for NOC 2132 -

Applicants in SS to Global applicants ratio is 20% (or 1 : 5)
140 applicants in SS received PER in total cap of 700

All August applicants have received PER and are included in 700.
Sept, Oct and Nov apps in SS = 50 ( out of which 7 apps in Sep month have received PER)
Global apps for Sept, Oct and Nov = 50x5 = 250 (out of which 7x5 = 35 apps of Sep month received PER)

So balance around 250-35 = 215 are pending for PET for which completenes check has been completed and charging yet to be done.
CIC site is showing 207 instead of 215 (which is close to above assumptions)
It seems Nov end completeness check completed.
Further 93 apps shall be capped for apps received between 20th - 25th Dec, 14 (assuming 4 apps per day)

Best of luck for waiting and sucessful processing

Friends,

Are we required to have one PCC each country? My wife has lived in different cities since the age of 18, she has been residing in the current city since Jan 2012. PCC dates for the current city will be mentioned from Jan 2012 to present. Will that be considered fine by LVO?

As per CIC regulations, one PCC for one country is valid. No need to obtain certificates at different cities.

can anyone guide me that by when will get PER ?
File date 10 sep
CC charged 26 Nov

PER ???

Feeling worried :-X

You are welcome.
There is no such rulebook that I am aware of, just common sense implying that you don't consider your posts above all in terms of urgency and importance (unless, they contain some information that is beneficial to the whole community - CIC announcements, SS improvements, etc). Certainly there are people who don't care, but is it wise following a bad example?

Regards,
Dip

1. You cannot just generalise the things as "non - important", if they are not important to you. Something of no importance to you can be important to someone.

2. that was not a personal message to you, so if you are irritated by big fonts, then do a favor of not replying.

That,s all i have to say without continuing this argument. If you dont like something, then please "COMPLETELY IGNORE" it.

All the best.

Thanks Dip!

This someone is you in this case. I am not sure if anybody else cares about it as much as you do, which is totally understandble. Therefore, using enormous fonts to ask a question can be viewed as egoism, which is somewhat alien to a public domain such as a forum thread. Sorry if the initial remark made you upset, truth hurts sometimes.

Yes, CIC has been going slow on few NOcs in terms of sending PER emails. I am a 4th sept applicant and my cc got charged on Nov 23rd and i havent received the PER as yet. Please check the SS and see when was the last PER received a under your NOC. That will give you an idea of when will you received it.

All the best !

Cheers Man!

I am sure so many members can not be wrong about just one person. I have come across many such responses from other members in the group, which shows your behavioral aspects.

Keep it up!

Please allow me to contradict with you giving two occurences:

My friend of August 25 , 2132 was charged on Nov 19 but got no PER so far or NER
Another application October 22, 2132 was not charged so far and the email reply got did not mention anything about completeness.

So, if October 22nd applicant is still not in their database and Sept 26 or October 1 was the last charged 2132 application, this means that the 207 pending applications include only those charged. I can't myself give any false hopes. That is the fact unless other input from CIC get out soon to shed more light. I hope I am mistaken. I have posted this question addressing seniors on this forum and I got no answer because it is really confusing.
