How did you get to know that your DD has been cashed on 28th Nov.
I am 17th September applicant. Still no info neither from bank nor from CIC

ECAS gets updated atleast a week before PER mail. At times, we enter wrong information and it says record not found. Suppose one do not have a family name, so when trying to see ECAS, try with your full name(first name) and ECAS will work.

I am 17th September applicant (DD mode), I have also UCI but ECAS status shows nothing.

He is wrong. CAS is updated when data entry is finalized. It can take place anytime before review. In my case it was few hours before the email.

Actually I do not remember last year after how many days of ECAS-update, I got the NER email.

Lets consider DECISION MADE as good as PPR as hardly any applicant might get rejection at this stage.

Right now, we can make out the difference between MR received and Decision Made until PPR arrives.

It will surely not update on the date of cost recovery. DE is different process that is delivered by another unit in the CIO.
