Date of application: 4th September
DD charged : 24th November (as per CIC) & 26th November (as per bank)
PER: 19th December

Will update spreadsheet soon..... once the feeling sinks in... coz as of now my heart is pounding, my hands are shaking and my eyes are denying to recognize any letter that I am typing.

One of my friend got his IELTS results back. He got the scores below :
Listening : 5.5 To qualify for FSW2014, need minimum 6 here
Reading : 6.0
Writing : 7.0
Speaking : 7.0
Overall :6.5

Can he apply with these scores? His documents are ready, he wanted to send his application today before the express entry launches in January..

Lets consider DECISION MADE as good as PPR as hardly any applicant might get rejection at this stage.

Agreed, Decision made after MR is PPR. This year for new delhi, most applicants received PPR usually 3 to 4 working days after decision made, most of us just did'nt notice decision made update in ECAS as we dont look at ECAS daily.

FORMAT OF DEMAND DRAFT CORRECT OR NOT

Specially the address for Royal bank of Canada, details entererd by my bank which are not mentioned by CIC
