I dont see a challenge here. They treat passport as the primary key. Even I have the same case, added surname in year 2013 with educational certificates without surname.

total number written on CIC website is 11544 just above the NOC table , I think it should be 11544+4565= 16109 what you say on this ?

Hi Friends,

My App Received date is Sep 10th and my card got charged on Nov 25th.

Still I haven't received my PER yet. My NOC is 2172.

Bit anxious now. Can anyone provide me with the CIC number where I can call and get my UCI number, at least I can know my ECAS status if in case its been updated. Please let me know the timings to call as well.
