Please advice me on affidavit which is to be attached with 10th certificate.
From Whom side this affidavit should be made ? Myself, My father, My mother ?

I quick question Venkat, hope you will be able to answer. If we are not having the correct/proper reference letter then our CC will not be charged. Am I correct or this thing is verified while eligibility check??

I saw most of the applications rejected before cc charge due to incomplete reference letter.

Hi All,

As per DHL tracker, CIC received my application under NOC 2171 on 26 November 2014. Since then I have not received any reply from CIC. I am afraid that the cap for 2171 was filled by the time they received my application so they might not consider it however; I am not sure on this. CIC does not reply about receiving any application, only replies when PER issued

Now, if my application is refused then I want to go for Express Entry in January 2015 however; I have no information regarding my documents and current application. Can any one help me with how can I get my application status?? Second, if it is refused then when I would receieve my documents back?? For applying EE, you need to have soft copy of all the documents required which you can take from an additional set (Photocopy) of documents submitted. To know about ur app status u may send CIC an email over CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca but it will take around 45-50 days to get a reply. You must contact ur area's postman because this is the only best way to get ur app back asap if it is returned by the CIC. Time of receiving docs differs from 10-60 days. I got my app back in 10 days bcoz i was in regular touch of my postman. It will help you also.

I would really appreciate your replies and suggestions as I am really confused on what should I do and what not. I hope for your reply soon.

CC Charged: 23rd November 2014
PER: 18th December 2014

Affidavit from your parents side with Your First name, Last name, Date Of Birth and Place of Birth details.

Yes from both. You can approach a notary public he will guide you regarding the same.
