i got another per mail dated dec 18
the first one like usual per it says,
Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on May 1, 2014. However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office.
whereas the second one says,
Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed on the basis of Arranged Employment in Canada.

However a final decision on your eligibility to be selected as a federal skilled worker will be made by a visa office

is it usual?
diplomaru i need your opinion please and thank you

Hi johnybegood,

Do you have a job in Canada and applied for Canadian skilled worker category?

Did you send two applications for processing?

if not, it is absolutely unusual.

Call CIC for more information about your application.

I got 3 medicals...for me my wife and kid. now in forms there are 2 pages. 1st include the instructions and second is the form. on first page the following line is written among instructions

"You are required to undergo the medical examinations within 30 days of the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application."

does that mean from the date when I got this email? cos there is no date mentioned on the form. so I will calculate my 30 days limit from December 10? right?

and it will be till January 9? right?

also does this means.......I have to do the medicals within 30 days or also my reports must reach lvo with in these 30 days? like I will go under medicals on December 24.......I hope my reports gona be uploaded in 1 to 2 weeks......that means lvo will receive my reports after January 9.......does that will create any problems?or this doesn't matter when ever my reports are sent to lvo......all matter is that I must go under medicals within time deadline?

thanks in advance guys.
