or photcopies???

And photocopies of passport bio pages they asked.. Do I need to send Photocopies simple or Notary Attested

you can send the photocopy of bio pages of passport(s) without attesting it... also its not mandatory that you need to send the fee receipt and acknowledgement of your medical... nothing wrong in sending though...

Any ideas how many MR request are left for June applicants of NDVO! Since there is no process as to who receives MR request , hoping the VO will finish all May and June applicants and start with July applicants.
( some of July applicants have already received MR request though)

General question, do the settlement fund needs to be on the Principal applicant's name? Or Can a principal applicant show spouse's account balance as proof of fund.

The spouse has to be accompanying in order to show Settlement funds in spouse name.

Dear all, I am so happy! I just received my PER. I am shaking with happiness. Thanks all for this wonderful forum.

My timeline and info for reference:
Application received date October 16, 2014
NOC 4011
DD cashed on December 12, as per PER email, with payment receipt number
PER received December 17, as per PER email.

Things that made me worried:
- contract does not include detailed job duties, just as per government regulations
- the reference letter from my supervisor is not bulleted and job duties did not stand out clearly but blended in other non-essential things
- i only included job letter from my previous job which is under Noc 4011, and nothing for other 2 jobs i did before and doing now. I just mentioned them in Schedule 3

THEY WONT RESPOND TO UR REQUEST AND U HV TO WAIT FOR AT LEAST 90 DAYS. IF U CALL NOW THE ANSWER YOU WILL GET IS 'PLS SEND AN EMAIL FOR UR QUERY'. ITS BETTER TO RECTIFY YOUR MISTAKE AND SEND AN ADDENDUM AND SUBSEQUENTLY SEND AN EMAIL.

Thanks for your help mate!! But then just trying my luck.. As a few people have done this and tried .. Well the mistake in form aint that huge .. But then still ! The worry .. You know how it is .. Specially when your date applicants start getting charge the Anxiety increases .. Lol! Thanks again!

You need to send the documents asked as per the request letter (PDF attachment) which u got

1) Medical Bills/Emedical tracking sheet: Original (bills are not mandatory but better to send)
2) PCC: Original
3) DD: 53400 ( i am from NDVO so this is the amount i sent for 2. If you are from different VO, please take DD accordingly) .... Write your Name / Application No. / Passport no. back of DD
4) Passport Bio pages - Notarized . though notarized is not mandatory but nothing wrong if notarized (I didn't send this since i was not asked for)
5) The Request letter (PDF which you got)

anybody has an idea about the exact date for the last cic update of applications received, they only mentioned that Applications received toward the overall cap: 227 of 500 (as of November 19, 2014) for Phd stream . what about the others,
