I stayed in Saudi Arabia for 3 months, do you think CIC will request for PCC ?

I don't think so but anyway, Saudi doesn't issue PCC without a letter from Visa Office

Hi everyone,

I was surprised to see the new CAP update by CIC on 16 dec which has been bifurcated into 2 parts :

1. number of applications counted towards cap
2. number of completed applications

But what confuses me the most in this above elaboration is that till which date have they counted number of completed applications???????? Do they mean that till 16 dec all files received have been checked for completeness and if it is complete it has been counted in the figure given in the second column of - number of completed applications?

My application under 1111 reached CIC on 5th Dec 2014, so does it mean it has been counted under complete applications or not? Since they have released this new Cap update data on 16th dec have they considered all files received before that?

Trying to figure out whether i am in cap or not so all the above analysis.

Pls advise.

I know i have applied very late, but want to know about the chances. Is the 2172 NOC reach its CAP :-\ :-\???

I need to ask two things.

1. The bank certificate for fund proof is required to submit in original or copy will be enough. / Original please.

2. I have completed all the process of ECA Report and they have send me my ECA Report on my email. The problem is now of original, although I have paid extra134 dollars to send it by courier but they are not understanding my mailing address and after every two or three days they send me an email that your address is incomplete. Anyway I have provided them again my COMPLETE address but this unnecessary delay is making it hard for me to meet 31 Dec deadline. Now, can I send my application with copy of my ECA Report with covering letter that tell all story and send the Report as soon as I get. / Sending an application without original ECA would be huge risk. Application is very likely to be rejected in the absence of original ECA doc. If you have some friend or relative in Canada, you can try and provide their address to WES and then they can courier the same to you.

Yet another update on my timeline:

NOC 2281
App filled: July 9th
PER: October 28th
MR: November 27th
RPRF+PPR: December 15th

Sent today my RPRF deposit slip + passports. Only waiting for the visa stamps for me n wife. 8)
Gotta love Sao Paulo VO and their blazing speed. Maybe I'll get my passports back for xmas. Who knows?! ;D
Updated the spreadsheet as well. Yeeeeeehaw!

Just a quick question!

If we call CIC to get the UCI number .. And if our file is not through the completeness check .. Then will they tell it to you straight away on the phone that the file has been returned .!?

I know its difficult to get the UCI in one go! But then still.. Planning to Call tonite and trying my luck .. But was just worried if thr file is through completeness check cause my one form had a mistake !
