27th August PER is out for my NOC. Does that mean am out of the game? Feeling so depressed and sad :/

Hello there, request you to please help me with this...

I had applied under 1123 category and my application reached CIO on 17th June 2014. I received my PER on 15 October, but till date I have neither received MR or any second line update in my ECAS status. Today it has been more than 63 days.

Anybody has any clue as to any plausible reason for the delay in MR, is it normal? Anybody with the same dilemma?

I will be thankful if you could help me with it.

Well aneel.. VO people do work for CIC..

Documents failing the completeness check or post completness checks i.e MI review is the NER which doesnt carry a ban

VO stage is the place where everything is scrutunized and it entirely depends what sort of rejection you get. More grave rejections is a ban to entry in canada.

As what shah2014 has said earlier in his posts that the ban could also go for 5 years

Agree, however at this stage the file is with the CIC not with VO. this is my understanding as when PER is given then only the file is transferred to VO.

This is definitely good news for NOC 4011 LVO applicants awaiting the MR email, since it shows that there's progress on this NOC as well. Here goes the body of the email:

can some1 please help me regarding my query...
i have recived my pcc and on it the date mentioned for the period is from 2010 that is since the time i shifted to my new house in bandra..
according to cic they need pcc from the time one is 18.

please can some1 tell me whoever has submitted pcc has covered from the age of 18.

i have only stayed in mumbai...
but from 2008-2010 in kandiwali
2010 to til date in bandra

but pcc isued to me is from 2010 onwards..pleasee guide me..
is this right and should i submit my pcc

Agree, however at this stage the file is with the CIC not with VO. this is my understanding as when PER is given then only the file is transferred to VO.
