Hi Seniors, newbie question.
is the cic strict with 1000cap? Or if those COLD noc could not reach 1000 applications they will give chance to those HOT noc and be able to accept more than 1000 applications to reach the over all cap required?Thanks

The employer is ready to mention this on duties letter that he is working for 40 hrs per week.

APP RCVD :11th Sep
DD encashed : 26th nov acc to PER mail
DD encashed: 10th Dec acc to HDFC delhi
PER rcvd: 17th dec

Just want to let u guys know that i kept a constant follo up with my HDFC RM n she cudnt tel dat DD was enscahed until 10th dec so there is a lot of time lag between qctual charge n info that reaches Indian banks.
I would advise everyone sply DD ppl jus hang tight and relax good things wil come ur way..

Submitted passports today to VFS in New Delhi.

638 INR service fee per passport

Reached VFS at 9.05am and was out by 9.30am, very few people were there.

As per them average time to get passports back is around 10 working days.

I opted to pick up passports by hand, they gave option to send by courier as well.

At the VFS, they have a separate internet kiosk to help people people fill up the forms. This is of course a chargeable service.

They will send email notification when passports will be ready to be collected from the VFS. I am expecting it somewhere around December end.

They are strict with 1000 cap as I have suffered this strictness last year, so don't have false hope about them shifting vacant Cold NOCs to Hot NOC

Dear Seniors

Please suggest .. on the CIC cap Update .. My NOC is 4011 ..

I am unable to understand the current numbers mentioned ..

The first line says .. Number of Applications counted towards the 1000 sub cap .. 483 ..

and the 2nd line says Pending Application (Complete Applications waiting for MI acceptance Review) .. 330 ..

and the mentioned date is November 19th ..

Does that mean that on November 19th the Total Applications received is 483 or 813 (483 + 330) ..

I am tensed as my application reached on 3rd December .. So I am not sure if I will be in the Cap or not ..

Please suggest ..

They already had this thing in their mind that is why there are 50 NOCs and allowed 25,000 applications. Now they will not give any NOC more than 1000 applications.

We can't estimate anything here now with the sense of uncertainty and random issuance of PER by CIC..don't know what are they upto..

I am also NOC 4011 applicant . DD encashed 2nd Dec. If 2nd Oct. got PER so what about me? Am i out from the race?????........PLz .........its urgent.
