I know applicants who stayed in US for 5 months and were still requested to submit PCC. Leving the country and going back to comply with immigration formalities is called 'flag polling' and CIC are no idiots, so you will have to adhere to their request. Once they request the certificate, use that email to apply for CPR PCC from the Chinese Police HQ or the ministry. CIC website would have more information on CPR PCC application process.

yes, I stayed in Sweden for 5 months continuously and still they asked me for PCC along with MRR

Hi,

In the new CIC update, what do you mean "Pending applications (complete applications waiting for MI acceptance review)"? is it the pending PER?

Please anybody knows?

Thanks

No, these are the applications that passed completeness check.

So it means this are the applicants that already encashed their CC/DD but awaiting PER? or this are the applicants that awaits their CC to be charge. sorry if i'm confused..

Thanks

Hi all
I am bit disappointed that even after raising 3-4 posts I have not received an authentic reply for my question.

All I want to know is that if anyone has sucessfully paid RPRF online to London visa office as I need to pay mine by tomorrow.

Thanks in advance
Svikram, if you had check few older pages you will have got an answer.
I guess yes.

My application was received by The Office (Sydney) on the 12th of December, it is for NOC 0113,

1. has the application been counted towards the cap.
2. How will I know whether my application will be in line before the cap is filled.

Thanks all.

there are 227 applications counted towards sub cap and 178 awaiting MI acceptance

Dear All,

I need help : i have received PER and just last week i got married too, so how to proceed further for spouse documents ?

please do reply.

regards

Congratulation for your marriage and congratulation on your PER.

After 2 weeks of your PER, inform your VO through https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhi&_ga=1.261201732.899793830.1410419936 about how you will add your spouse. They will tell you what will be required. Mean while gather all documents...

All the Best.

Hello, is it necessary that all the notarized documents have the words "I certify that this is a true copy of the original document" My advocate has mentioned the words "compared with the original documents by me" so isn't it enough or should I get it rectified???

that statement is Enough...no need to change...

Hi all, Any June 25th applicants who have not received Medicals. Received PER on Oct 21st..worried, appreciate if you could give some feedback..

Hi LDB!
I am also a June25-Oct 21 combo! I can understand the anxiety all of us are going through! The way I look at it, even if I were to get MR today, I will wait till April end-May of 2015 to reach Canada. Then how does it matter that the MR gets delayed by a week or two??? Sendin it is the VOs job, let them take care of it. Till then we all go on with our lives and enjoy this forum!

Dont worry it'll come soon!
