+1 due Krasburn! Those are great news indeed, I hope the best for the cuban people and I hope the embargo is lifted as well in the coming months. I was happy too see that Canada had a major role on this. Pope Francis is really something else, he's much better than I had hoped.
I am not religious at all but Francis is one of a kind. And Canada wow, I am very proud I will be living in that country very soon.

Hey Brothers...

I got PCC and Traffic history report from Australia for spouse but name in these both docs are diff. as like the one before marriage and the name as per old passport.

Now new name is as per the one after marriage and as per new passport.

Should I include name change affidavit while sending MR, RPRF and PCC?

During main application I sent, I had already included name change affidavit for the docs I put at that time.

But I am confused if I shud submit it again as per names mentioned in PCC and Traffic history..??

Please help brothers... Thank you..

I am currently filling out schedule A Background/Declaration. For Education (question 7), the space provided is insufficent. What should I do?
1- Should I first fill the space provided and any additional details on an separate sheet?
OR
2- Should I leave the table blank and place ALL details on the separate sheet?

Besides, i would like your opinion regarding PCC .
I stayed in china for about 9month with F visa, which is a period of time that i probably cannot apply for PCC for it, (chinese regulations are tough).
I did not stay in china for the whole 9 month, as i had to leave china for 1 day as permit of the visa was 60 days, so i used to leave china ( to Macau) for one day then i enter china again
Sorry if it is confusing but that is the case.

So do i need to apply for PCC during this time in order to get the immigration visa if i get PER in the future?!

I ve studied the cic web and it says that:
((((These documents are to be provided for each country other than Canada, in which you have lived for six consecutive months or longer since reaching the age of 18.))))

So does this mean that i dont need to apply for PCC for this period of time! As i didnot stay for 6months !!
Plz help!!
Regards

Hello, is it necessary that all the notarized documents have the words "I certify that this is a true copy of the original document" My advocate has mentioned the words "compared with the original documents by me" so isn't it enough or should I get it rectified???

the latest MR date from NDVO is for 25-June applicant... I hope we July applicants will start getting MRs before end of this month :) or atleast 2nd line will be updated

Thanks bro . . .

Its really motivating to hear that 25 June applicants are getting MR.

Is there any cases in which CIC send direct MR without updating the second line (i am hoping for this :D)

Also let us guide about the stage when they calls our employers for verification.

Once again, Thank u . . .

Oh Dude!! God Bless You. Thanks for your kind words. +1. I did a bit of analysis and it is as below:

161 means completeness check done but MI needs to be checked. But, are the apps already charged? My guess is "no" because, the last known charge for us is 2nd sept and that gentleman got PER yesterday. Although there could be some apps prior to 2nd sept which are awaiting PER, I think there is a definite chance for some after 2nd sept.

All 2171s ......... Pray Guys!! Miracles Do Happen!! Believe in God and your well wishers!!

+1, u'll get it soon bro
