Hi All,

Does anyone know the holiday schedule for cic. i am planning to send my application tomorrow, expected to be delivered on 24th Dec. Will cic be accepting on 24th december or, will it have to wait for the holidays to be over.
Just curious if i will be able to dock the app before they close accepting apps for fsw 2014.

JUST SEND IT !!!!!! If your application recd. after 31st Dec.....It will not be considered under FSW.....Maybe under Express Entry
So send it immediately.

Hello I am reposting this as I really need some opinions!

Hello, I just went to see my consultant and I have some enquiries. My application is almost complete they will send it tomorrow. On top of the whole package there is an affidavit of the translator, not individual affidavits for each translated document. We are also sending all original documents of everything except passport and IDs. So there are basically no notarized copies. Most of the originals are in Korean some in English. Is this alright? I guess originals are better than copies even notarized ones am I wrong? How about one affidavit for the whole application?
They seem to have experience doing this and told me it is ok. But I would like to hear your opinions.

My personal opinion is that you should sent your application immediately. Further delays will take your application to EE and not in FSW......
If the affidavit has the list of all the docs attached might help....

My PER is dated 27th November. Should I start preparing for PCC.

Please do it without further delay. You will have limited time for PCC to submit if you don't then you are out of game.

Validity of PCC varies from 6 months to 1 year.....

Congratulation, I am also Sept. 8 I am waiting for my PER I guess they are focusing more on hot NOCs I am 2113.

I couldn't understand what is happened for CPC-Ottawa but I think they are busy with something. There is no any issue for passport request since more than 60 days. perhaps, they would like to clear pending applications for other programs such as CEC or PNP

but I don't think they will put our applications on shelf ,waiting of EE program because of the following reasons:
1- Other Visa offices are sending PPR's so if there is any issue will be common issue for all offices
2- CIC mentioned that frankly:
All eligible applications received before January 1st will be considered for processing based on current guidelines.
3-Even CIC terminated this program such as Federal Immigrant Investor and Entrepreneurs, all applications were made before selection made, will not be affected

Nothing heard after that from Cic. I obtained my UCI number.

Current status:in process- states your app received on 20 August.

Pls share how does it looks/stats after you received your PER email??

Hi seniors,

I need an urgent reply for this coz. one of my freinds sent his application on Dec 5th 2014. And he filled up the forms downloaded in May 2014, since then, some of the forms have been updated such as IMM0008 forms and fee payment form. Will this cause his application to be returned. Has anyone experienced this? He's planning to send just the updated forms again. Will he be able to just send the filled up updated forms since his application reached there just last week.
